Ten Professors from our College are named on the 2021 World's Top 2% Scientists list

Stanford University has recently released an update of the list that represents the top 2% of the most-cited scientists in various disciplines. Ten professors from the College of Chinese Medicine, China Medical University are named on the 2021 World's Top 2% Scientists list.

The report was prepared by a team of experts led by Prof. John Ioannidis, the eminent Professor at Stanford University. The selection is built from the Scopus database which includes more than 180,000 researchers from the more than 8 million scientists considered to be active worldwide, with 22 scientific fields and 176 subfields taken into account. Citations, H-index, co-authorship adjusted Hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions, and a composite indicator were considered for the scientists' ranking.

Ten professors from the College of Chinese Medicine were found on the 2021 World's Top 2% Scientists list, including the list for Career-long (1960-2021) and the list for a single recent year (2021).
