經絡、穴位和內臟關係之探討

內經記載“十二經脈者，內屬於臟腑，外絡於肢節”，說明經絡的功用除了運行氣血供給全身組織器官所需外，並能連結它所屬臟腑和體表的穴位。經絡如何連結穴位和臟腑，至今仍是個謎。本研究以代謝體分析心臟和胃組織發現2-Hz電針內關（PC6）和間使（PC5）連續5天，每天20分鐘。對心臟和胃組織代謝體的影響相似，科學地驗證針刺內關能連結心臟並影響它的功能，同時也影響所連結的胃。另外，結果也與十總穴歌所記載的“內關心胸胃”一致。

Study on the relationship between meridians, acupoints and internal organs

According to Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic records "the twelve meridians belong to the internal organs and the external collaterals are on the limbs", indicating that the function of the meridians is not only to run the vitality and blood to supply the tissues and organs of the whole body, but also to connect the organs to which it belongs and the acupoints on the body surface. How the meridian connects the acupoints and the viscera is still a mystery. In this study, metabolomic analysis were used to examine the heart and stomach tissues in rats and found that 2-Hz electroacupuncture at Neiguan (PC6) and Jianshi (PC5) for 5 consecutive days, 20 minutes a day. The effects on the heart and stomach tissue metabolites are similar. It has been scientifically verified that acupuncture at Neiguan can connect to the heart and affect its function, as well as the connected stomach. In addition, the results are also consistent with the "Heart, Chest and Stomach" recorded in the Shizong Point Song.
